Understanding the 90 Day Sprints Framework

Before diving in any Notion steps, it helps to understand the concept of the framework. The 90 Day Sprints, is a balanced framework that maximizes progress while minimizing friction. In 90 Day Sprints, you plan quarterly, analyze monthly, track weekly, and act daily.

Here's why and how it works in practice:

Where to start?

While there’s no particular order that you should follow, the best place to start is the Quarter Plans. Because for each quarter you get to work on a mini plan where you

  1. Reflect on your current status.
  2. Plan for the upcoming quarter.
  3. Prioritize your top 3 areas of focus.
  4. Write your daily actions plan.
  5. And finally make a checklist of your goals.

Remember to keep your plan simple and realistic, try to be objective and avoid over complicating it. You might want to share your plan with a friend or someone who knows you well and ask for the objective opinion of your plan and how to improve it.
